This working session is designed for new customers who are in the process of implementing Greenhouse Recruiting. In this session we’ll be focusing the process of rolling out Greenhouse to your organization. We’ll focus on identifying your key stakeholders, understanding the effect of a new system on your existing processes, and share resources to make the change as smooth as possible.
At the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Assess the amount of change management needed for a successful rollout
- Identify key stakeholders and how their own expectations differ from each other
- Access resources created by Greenhouse to make a smooth transition for your users
