This working session will help you streamline candidate communication in Greenhouse. You’ll learn how to customize and use email templates to save time and ensure a consistent candidate experience, as well as how to create and manage offer templates that make sending offer letters quick and easy.
Through live demos and practical examples, you’ll create or update your own email templates, build basic custom offer fields, and explore how to personalize your communication to match your organization’s style. This session is designed for customers with Site Admin permissions and includes live walkthroughs so you can follow along and complete key actions in real time.
By the end of this session, you will:

- Build and personalize email templates for different hiring scenarios
- Create basic custom offer fields and apply offer templates using those fields
