This working session is designed for new customers who are in the process of implementing Greenhouse Recruiting. Candidate management involves key tasks for working with candidates, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, creating and extending offers, and managing your pipelines. This hands-on session is designed for users with site admin permissions and focuses on reviewing the entire candidate lifecycle.
By the end of this session, you will:
- Enter a test candidate into the system
- Understand key workflows, tasks, and interactions in the candidate lifecycle
- Gain confidence in managing candidates and next steps for your implementation project
